Do the three tools come at PRO grade on the Standard tier?
No — PRO grade comes with the PRO tier. On Standard you get the full working version of all three tools inside the Standard limits.
What exactly is a seat?
One person with their own login. Two people can be in Anchovy at once on Standard and five on PRO, which is the point: your VA lists while you are still out sourcing.
What does “2 Amazon accounts” mean on PRO?
Two separate Seller Central accounts connected to the same Anchovy subscription — a second brand, a second entity or a second marketplace — reporting into one screen.
How is monthly turnover measured?
It is the gross sales flowing through the Amazon accounts you have connected, counted per calendar month. Refunds and cancellations are not sales, so they do not count against you.
Can I move from Standard to PRO in the middle of a month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you pay for the part of the month you actually use at the higher tier.
What counts as a Switch, Block or Fixer operation?
These are the automated actions your rules can take. Anchovy includes 250 of each a month on Standard and 500 on PRO. If you are regularly running the allowance down, that is the signal to move up rather than a reason for anything to stop working.
When should I be looking at Dolphin instead?
When the sentence that describes your problem starts with stock rather than listings — stranded inventory, oversells, restocks guessed from memory — or when you want an API connection into your own systems.
Do I keep everything if I upgrade later?
Yes. Catalogue, cost basis, rules, templates and history all carry over. An upgrade changes your limits, not your data.
